FinTech Program Collaborates with High Schools to Benefit Students (2023)

The Financial Science Program held an admissions guidance seminar on March 24, 2023. Addressing the situation after the implementation of the 108 New Curriculum Guidelines, as well as the latest issues concerning financial technology literacy and the deepening of education in universities and high schools, a comprehensive and in-depth discussion was conducted with high school guidance counselors and group leaders. Through direct communication and dialogue, opinions were exchanged between high school students, high school guidance departments, and the university. This facilitated the thorough identification of problems, clarification of disputes, analysis of advantages and disadvantages, and the discussion and building of consensus. This will help promote close cooperation between high schools and universities, allowing students to benefit from a joint guidance mechanism from high school to university education, ensuring a smooth and effective transition, and jointly realizing educational philosophies and social responsibilities.We are deeply grateful for the full assistance of Secretary Su-fei from Principal Lin’s office at Wu-ling High School, without which this meeting could not have proceeded smoothly.
