Ministry of Labor Practical Program Plan: E-commerce Operation and Data Marketing Practical Program
- We would like to thank Attorney Chen Yu-lan, Director of Taiwan Nihon Attorneys at Law Office, Attorney Ruan Huang-yun of Topway Attorneys at Law, and Attorney Chou Yu-hsiu of Chien Chung International Attorneys at Law for visiting our college to give lectures. The three attorneys, with their rich academic research and practical experience, provided in-depth and easy-to-understand explanations of labor law and labor-related rights, which greatly benefited the students.
- To support the labor-related courses of the “Ministry of Labor Practical Program Plan: E-commerce Operation and Data Marketing Practical Program” organized and applied for by the Department of Statistics, our department specially invited Attorney Chen Yu-lan to lecture on “Outline of Labor Law,” Attorney Ruan Huang-yun and Attorney Chou Yu-hsiu to lecture on “Labor-Management Dispute Resolution,” and our department head, Director Lin Meng-hsiang, to lecture on “Analysis of Labor Rights Disputes under Fintech.” This allowed participating faculty and students to understand the issues of labor rights protection, personal data security, dispute handling, and how to reduce the occurrence of disputes in e-commerce operation and data marketing practices. We conducted analysis and case studies, hoping that the protection of labor rights can be deepened and effectively implemented to protect the labor rights of everyone.
